We are looking to recruit a Backshift Low Risk Manager.

The overall purpose of this role is:

  • Liaise with the relevant production managers to instigate daily production plan to ensure correct stock levels are maintained and orders are fulfilled.
  • To oversee and contribute to the correct and efficient running of the low risk area of the factory.
  • Working with the other managers and supervisors to achieve targets, maintain high quality and good hygiene.
  • Ensure plans are formulated to cope with increased future production demand in respect to new equipment, flow of product and staff efficiencies.

We are looking for candidates with experience in a similar role who are happy working in a rural part of SW Scotland. You must be willing to work fixed back shifts also.
